Role Description The Sales Support Representative is a full-time, on-site role . This role supports the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM and related systems.

The representative responds to customer inquiries via phone and email, provides product and service information, and follows up on leads to help move opportunities through the sales pipeline. Daily tasks include coordinating with operations and installation teams, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to post-installation support. The role also involves preparing basic sales reports,



identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Customer support and customer service experience, with the ability to manage inquiries, issues, and follow-ups professionally.
- Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written) to explain products, processes, and next steps to customers.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, with a track record of delivering positive customer experiences and resolving concerns promptly.
- Experience using CRM or similar systems to manage leads, opportunities, and customer records.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of solar or renewable energy solutions is an advantage, with willingness to learn technical product details.
- Previous experience in sales support, inside sales, or an administrative role in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Sydney Area and eligibility to work in Australia.
