Essential qualifications, experience & skills

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with proven expertise in Salesforce development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data modelling
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good understanding of DevOps ideally Git/Gearset and other CI/CD tools
- Excellent understanding of Agile principles
- Experience in performing salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain salesforce flows
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail in analyzing data and generating meaningful insights.
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Developer 1 & 2) are mandatory.
- Industry experience with broadcast or streaming media beneficial but not required
- Experience working with at least one of the industry clouds (Media cloud, Revenue Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc.) and Data cloud
- Experience with data migration is optional
- Salesforce certifications (Omnistudio Certification, Salesforce Architect, etc.) are highly desirable.
