Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesperson role based in Yatala, QLD. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, promoting Valbruna Australia’s stainless bar and rebar products, and identifying opportunities to grow sales in the region. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound inquiries, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and providing technical product information and support.





The role involves regular communication with the warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate stock availability, delivery schedules, and order fulfilment. The Salesperson will also conduct site visits, attend industry events where required, and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

- Sales and customer relationship skills, including experience in sales, account management, and lead follow-up.
- Knowledge of industrial or construction products, ideally stainless steel or related materials, with the ability to understand grades and specifications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, both in-person and over phone and email.
- Competence in basic computer and CRM systems, including order entry, quotation preparation, and reporting.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and orders simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse, logistics, and management teams in an on-site environment.
- Previous experience in a sales role within manufacturing, distribution, or construction sectors is highly beneficial.
