Allure The Salon is seeking a strong, people-focused leader to step into a key role within our business. This is a hands-on leadership position — leading the salon floor, elevating the client experience, and setting the tone of the space every day.

Role Details

Position: Salon Coordinator (Front of House Manager)

Hours: Full-time, 4-day week (Tuesday–Saturday) — flexibility and part-time considered

Location: Terrigal, Central Coast NSW

The Role

As our Salon Coordinator (Front of House Manager), you are the heartbeat of the salon floor.

You lead from the front — guiding the flow of the day, supporting the team, and ensuring every client experience reflects the Allure standard.

You are not behind the desk. You are in the space — present, aware, and leading in real time.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day flow of the salon floor and front of house

- Manage bookings,



rebooking, and client experience end-to-end

- Support and guide the team to stay on time, aligned, and performing

- Maintain a premium, welcoming environment at all times

- Oversee opening and closing procedures

- Ensure clear, confident communication across the team

What We’re Looking For

- Proven leadership experience within salon, hospitality, or luxury service

- Strong presence — calm, confident, and solutions-focused

- Highly organised with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment

- Experience with bookings, client communication, and problem resolution

- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
