Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Salesperson role based in Keilor East, VIC, with flexibility for some work from home. The Salesperson will manage a portfolio of customers, handle inbound and outbound sales calls, and provide product information and recommendations that align with customer needs.

Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, achieving sales targets,



and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience. The Salesperson will also participate in sales meetings, report on performance, and stay up to date with product offerings and market trends.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales skills, including lead follow-up, closing techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present product information clearly and professionally.
- Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, basic office software, and remote collaboration tools.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a product-focused or retail/wholesale environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid workplace model.
- Willingness to learn about Skyn Lab’s products, policies, and processes and apply this knowledge in customer interactions.
- Relevant education or training in sales, business, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
