Role Description The Salesforce Automation role at AIMaster.live is a full-time, on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce automation workflows that support sales, marketing, and operations processes.

Day-to-day tasks include configuring Salesforce objects and process automation tools, developing and maintaining workflows and triggers, and integrating Salesforce with other business systems. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting automation issues, creating and executing test cases,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements.

Automation skilled will also support continuous improvement initiatives, document configurations, and contribute to best practices for scalable, reliable automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Process Automation and Salesforce Automation to design and optimize workflows and business processes.
- Experience with Troubleshooting Salesforce automation issues, including debugging flows, triggers, and integrations.
- Ability to create, execute, and maintain Test Cases for Salesforce configurations and automations.
- Background in Quality Assurance, including validating data integrity, workflow performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, validation rules) and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers is a plus).
- Understanding of CRM concepts, sales and marketing processes, and data management best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders on-site.
- Salesforce Administrator or relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
