Position: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Perth preferred / Open to candidates Australia-wide

Position Purpose The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will provide technical expertise across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP BIB and HR data replication , supporting complex HR integrations and resolving data synchronisation issues across HR and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure and support Employee Central data replication and integrations.
- Develop and manage SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder) configurations.
- Support employee and organisational data replication across HR systems.
- Analyse and resolve replication failures, data inconsistencies and synchronisation issues .
- Perform data mapping and transformation across complex HR scenarios.
- Work with Foundation Objects and HR master data structures to ensure accurate data flow.
- Monitor integrations, investigate errors and implement effective solutions.
- Support integrations across SuccessFactors Employee Central, EC Payroll, SAP HCM and SAP S/4HANA .




- Collaborate with technical and functional teams on HR and payroll transformation initiatives .
- Support global HR/payroll environments and contribute to integration improvements.

Required Experience & Skills

- 10+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience .
- Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central .
- Proven expertise in SAP BIB and complex HR data replication .
- Strong understanding of employee and organisational replication.
- Experience troubleshooting and monitoring integrations.
- Robust knowledge of data mapping, transformation and HR master data structures.
- Experience with EC Payroll, SAP HCM and SAP S/4HANA .
- Experience with SAP CPI integrations is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex replication and data synchronisation issues.
- Experience supporting global HR/payroll transformation programmes .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-driven and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
