Traffic Services are seeking an experienced Scheduler based in Cairns.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a progressive organization!! You will be required to schedule staff & vehicles onto jobs on a daily basis, working closely with the other operational staff. It is essential you possess exceptional organisational skills along with great communication skills.
You will liaise/communicate with employees as well as internal office staff. Excellent time management and an attention to detail is a must, rapid thinking and the ability to handle change as well as being able to work in a team environment and autonomously when required. Must be proficient with Microsoft programs (word, excel, outlook etc) Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
