The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who thrives in a boutique firm environment. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients across individuals, trusts, and companies, with responsibilities including:

- Preparing income tax returns, financial statements, GST & FBT returns
- Advising clients on business and tax matters
- Managing multi-entity structures and complex client needs
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to our supportive culture

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 5 years in public practice (Australia)
- CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Experience with Xero Practice Manager, Tax & Accounting preferred
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
