Te Haeata/The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Advisor to join the Digital Performance team on a 9-month secondment or Fixed-Term basis. This role works across Digital to improve the way we plan, report, coordinate and manage key business processes. You will provide practical advice, develop reporting and insights, and help turn information into clear actions that support better decision-making across Digital.

In This Role You Will

- Lead and improve operational processes across Digital.
- Prepare reporting, insights and analysis to support decision making.
- Coordinate Digital input into briefings, Official Information Act requests and other key documents.
- Build strong relationships with teams across Digital and the wider Ministry.
- Help deliver initiatives that improve how Digital works.

The Digital Performance team is a central enablement and advisory team within Digital that provides a range of operational, governance, workforce, commercial,



and business support functions for the wider Digital organisation. Rather than delivering technology services directly, the team helps Digital run effectively by providing coordination, oversight, planning, reporting, administration, advisory services, and assurance activities.

Utu ā-tau/Salary The appointing salary for this role will be between $118,904 and $163,344 based on skills and experience; however, remuneration will be determined in line with the Secondment Policy, and an Additional Duties Allowance (ADA) may apply, depending on the scope of responsibilities and alignment with your current role and salary.
