Senior Analyst | Property Economics & Advisory | Sydney

Capstone Recruitment is partnering with Coolamon Consulting, a dynamic, multi-disciplinary property advisory firm, to find a Senior Analyst to join their growing Sydney team.

Coolamon provides economics and advisory services across the property sector, spanning urban economics, development, acquisition, divestment and portfolio performance, helping clients uncover opportunities, enhance value and mitigate risk.

You'll work closely with the firm's Brisbane-based economics Director and Sydney advisory Directors, delivering strategic engagements across demographic forecasting, market potential and highest and best use assessments, supply and demand analysis, and economic research. The role blends project delivery with client engagement and business development, including leading client meetings and industry events.

What you'll bring:

- 3 to 5 years' experience in property economics, property strategy and research,



or consulting
- Strong analytical and report writing skills, with experience preparing, reviewing and presenting advice
- Confident presentation skills, comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication
- Strong personal, project and time management skills
- A cooperative, proactive approach to client and project delivery
