The role:

Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Change and Training, this permanent opportunity as a Senior Business Change Officer will support the development and delivery of change initiatives across a variety of projects and programs of work.

This will include

- Coordinating business change activities within allocated projects, including business change management, benefits realisation, communications, stakeholder engagement and training.
- Supporting the development and delivery of business change management deliverables to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of projects which meets business needs.
- Contributing to the realisation of business benefits by monitoring, gathering, and analysing of data to support the measurement and reporting of benefits throughout the project lifecycle and post implementation.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with and between key stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
- Encouraging the use of effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
- Supporting the development and delivery of workshops to enhance organisational capability in change management.
- Completing other business change related tasks as assigned by the Manager, Organisational Change and Training and/or Project Managers.

- The ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders.




- Strong change planning, analysis, resistance management, problem solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple streams of work within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
- Sound knowledge of change management processes, documentation and activities in an ICT project environment, using appropriate industry standards and techniques.
- ICT and/or Healthcare experience (highly desirable).
