Senior Change Manager – Permanent Full Time – Perth CBD

Join our Engineering & Design team, where you’ll help leaders and employees navigate a period of transformation across our capabilities, ways of working and strategic priorities.

As Senior Change Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, project managers and key stakeholders to shape and deliver transformation initiatives. You’ll create structure in a complex and evolving environment, build alignment, assess stakeholder impacts and readiness, and translate change into practical actions that strengthen engagement and adoption.

This is a hands-on, highly consultative role for someone who can move confidently between strategy and delivery. You’ll facilitate workshops and leadership conversations, prepare clear and decision-ready advice, coach stakeholders, and intervene constructively when risks or resistance emerge. You’ll manage multiple workstreams in parallel while maintaining the detail, pace and discipline needed to keep transformation moving.

Your Role in Action

- Partner with senior leaders, project managers and stakeholders to shape the change approach for Engineering & Design’s broader transformation priorities and evolving ways of working.

- Undertake rigorous stakeholder analysis and develop practical engagement, communication, readiness and adoption plans tailored to impacted groups.

- Facilitate workshops and executive-level conversations that build alignment, test thinking and help leaders bring their teams on the journey.

- Translate complex transformation activity into explicit actions, decision papers, communications and practical interventions that move work forward.

- Identify emerging change risks, resistance and interdependencies early, and provide constructive coaching and timely intervention.

- Manage and sequence multiple change activities in parallel, maintaining strong project discipline,



detailed tracking and clear priorities.

- Design and deliver education, training and ongoing support that embeds new behaviours, capabilities and ways of working.

- Support advantages realisation by identifying, documenting and tracking intended outcomes and adoption measures.

- Provide coaching and change management guidance to project teams and change practitioners, supporting a consistent enterprise approach.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Professional qualifications in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI accreditation) or other relevant qualification (e.g. Strategic Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, etc).

- Extensive knowledge and expertise with demonstrated experience in a change management position.

- Advanced working knowledge of Change Management approaches, principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. PROSCI).

- Demonstrated success in delivering agreed outcomes in program-based change management including design, development & implementation of change plans and application of interventions for complex change issues within a agile environment.

- Conceptual and practical understanding of best practice change management strategies, methodologies and techniques and their application.

- Proven analytical, conceptual, and innovative problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication, facilitation, and organisational skills.

- Strong focus on meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.





- Experience working directly with key business stakeholders, including management at all levels.
