Primary Objective: To evaluate the quality, effectiveness and adequacy of child protection, domestic and family violence, and homelessness service responses; identify systemic and practice issues; and provide evidence-based recommendations that drive continuous improvement across policy, practice, and governance, to enhance the safety, protection and wellbeing of children and victim-survivors of domestic and family violence.
