We have an exciting opportunity to join Twinings & Co as a Senior Content Manager. This role is responsible for delivering the content strategy, content direction, production, and implementation of content across the digital ecosystem. The role owns the end-to-end content development process and implementation, including content strategy, content direction and day-to-day management of internal stakeholders and external vendors.

This Content Eco

System includes owning the always-on content calendar for social, website & CRM.

The Senior Content

Manager has one direct report – a DAM Manager / Designer.

Key Responsibilities

- Owning the ideation, strategy, direction, creation, production, implementation, curation & management of Content Eco System: Social (organic & paid), Web Content (article, campaign landing pages), and CRM.




- Management of internal designer and key external agencies and freelance pool.
- Effective management of the A&P; Content budget allocation, including reconciliations and PO’s.
- Close collaboration with internal Consumer & Community Contact roles.
- Responsible for social-first community engagement, including KPI tracking and reporting.
- Management of digital updates & management of content for Twinings website (products, landing pages, hero banners) to drive organic search performance improvements.
- Support business functions with ad hoc copy and content requests: in-store activations, brand team, etc.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing/ Advertising/ Communications/ Media
- FMCG experience highly desirable
- Solid content management experience that is well rounded and strategic (5+ years)
- Experience working with social channels & emerging social platforms
- Experience with CMS platforms
- Understanding of and enthusiasm for small team mentality (i.e. high responsibility, accountability and autonomy)
- Comfortable solving issues and fostering collaboration
