Job Description

As a Senior Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in driving residential sales across the business. You'll be responsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying current business opportunities, supporting campaigns, and contributing to successful property transactions from appraisal through to settlement.

Key responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and referral partners

n

Prospecting and generating new residential sales opportunities

n

Assisting with appraisals, listing presentations, and campaign strategies

n

Managing buyer enquiries and developing an active buyer database

n

Conducting inspections and supporting open-for-inspection campaigns

n

Negotiating with confidence and working towards exceptional sales outcomes

n

Maintaining accurate CRM records and consistently following up leads

n

Working collaboratively with agents, administration, marketing, and leadership

n

Representing the brand professionally and delivering an exceptional client experience
