Location - Eastern Heights Base $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience + Superannuation Not for profit employer, so you pay less tax! Exciting things are happening at Catholic Healthcare! Reporting to the Residential Manager, you'll be providing a high level of customer service, roster management and administrative support to employees, residents, visitors and guests within the home. This is a multi-faceted role requiring good time management, superb communication and solid administration skills. We use a variety of different systems so IT skills here are key.

Within this role you'll be responsible for:

n

- Providing strong administrative support to the home leadership team
n
- Managing the fulfilment and publishing of the fortnightly roster, ensuring all shifts are filled with suitable employees
n
- Assisting with occupancy of rooms
n
- Creating a welcoming home environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
n

To be successful in this role you'll need

n

n
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
n
- Proven administration experience in a busy role
n
- Cert II or III in Business Administration or something similar
n
- Ideally used Humanforce for shift/roster management
n
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
n
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - this will be tested
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Ability to provide regular coaching and feedback for my team
n
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS Clearance
n
