Casella Family Brands has casual positions available as Packaging Line Operators. Successful applicants will be required to ensure all operations are conducted in a secure and efficient manner to produce high quality product in accordance with specifications.

Responsibilities Include:

n

n
- Operation of equipment in accordance with SOP's
n
- Conduct quality control activities to ensure that the product meets specification
n
- Check,



monitor and fill equipment to ensure that required levels of dry goods are available to run machines at all times
n
- Monitor machine operation and report issues
n
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in accordance with requirements
n
- Rotation between the positions on the line
n

Qualifications/Skills:

n

n
- Good organisational and planning ability
n
- Effective communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Forklift licence (desirable)
n
- Previous packaging line experience (desirable)
n

n

Successful applicants must have their own transport and be able to work weekly rotating shifts.

n

All selected applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a physical assessment and a drug & alcohol test.
