NES Fircroft is seeking a Training Advisor to shape training governance, systems and compliance across a major mining operation in regional NSW. Reporting to the Senior Training Advisor, you will ensure training programs are compliant, accurate and fit for purpose while supporting secure, productive operations.

In this role you’ll drive improvements to training governance, manage platforms such as INX/Quartex Intuition and Moodle, and partner with site leaders to strengthen workforce capability
