About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, analytically-minded Campaign Manager to own key marketing campaigns and digital channels across the Trip.com Australia and New Zealand site. This is an end-to-end role — you'll lead campaigns from brief through to execution and post-campaign analysis, working closely with internal teams (product, sourcing, creative) and external partners to deliver results across CRM, Direct, SEO, organic and Paid Social.

You'll be equally comfortable building in the platform backend and diving into performance data to sharpen future strategy. Strong time management and clear communication are non-negotiable — you'll be the central point of contact keeping multiple stakeholders aligned across everything that goes live.

In this Role, you’ll get to

- Own end-to-end campaign management for key promotional and seasonal campaigns, including briefing internal and external stakeholders, planning, and coordinating execution across all digital channels (email/CRM, app push, Paid Social, SEO, Display, and Direct).

- Build and merchandise campaigns using backend platform tools, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and live on time.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned to ANZ marketing objectives and target audience, adapting messaging by channel to maximise impact.
- Serve as the primary communications hub for campaigns, — proactively keeping all relevant stakeholders updated on timelines, changes, and performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance with a strong analytical lens; identify what's working, what isn't, and translate findings into explicit recommendations for future strategy.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all activities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign direction and identify opportunities.
- Stay current on ecommerce and travel industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Support ad-hoc projects from key stakeholders as needed.

What you'll Need to Succeed

- 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing with a clear focus on campaign management and execution.
- Demonstrated experience running campaigns across multiple channels — particularly CRM/email, app push, and Paid Social.
- Strong data literacy: you can pull, interpret, and act on performance data without needing it handed to you. Experience with tools such as SQL or Tableau is a plus.
- Experience using marketing automation and/or CRM platforms (e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English — you can write a crisp brief, a clear stakeholder update, and a compelling campaign message.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball on detail.
- A balance of executional capability and strategic thinking — you can build it yourself and think about why it should be built that way.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience using AI and within the OTA or broader travel industry is a plus.
