Your contribution
Conduct elections for state registered industrial organisations in accordance with the relevant rules and legislation.
Participate within a team environment in an effective and collaborative manner, establishing and communicating project priorities to meet workload demands and deadlines.
Be responsible for the planning and delivery of election projects within allocated timeframes to include current data, future planning and strategy.
Participate in the preparations for and conduct of elections in line with legislative requirements.
Engage with and develop strong working relationships with major stakeholders including government departments, contracted suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrate skills and ability in the use of computer-based operational systems and office technology.
Demonstrate well developed levels of oral and written communications skills.
Contribute to team cohesiveness, wellbeing and capability through participation in establishing a positive workplace, respectful of the views of others across the HR team and broader ECQ workforce.
Consistently display the ECQ and Queensland Government values, ensuring that these are upheld at all levels of the organisation.
