Qualifications & Experience Essential

- Meets FASEA education requirements or holds a valid exemption.
- Completed the Financial Adviser Exam.
- An approved Bachelor's degree or higher, such as a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Financial Planning, or Bachelor degree in Financial Planning or a Master of Financial PlanningEligible as an Authorised Representative under an AFSL.
- Accredited to advise on financial products and services.
- Prior experience as a Financial Adviser.

Job Purpose

Client Service

- Provide accurate, timely financial advice to existing clients while maintaining up-to-date knowledge through ongoing professional development.
- Ensure all client records and administrative tasks comply with business policies and regulatory requirements.

Business Development

- Support the firm’s growth by attracting new clients in line with agreed strategic and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities Client Engagement





- Build robust client relationships and understand their financial goals.
- Deliver tailored advice and financial plans, involving specialists as needed.
- Act as a key contact and trusted adviser.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client enquiries.
- Support the client service team to ensure timely, compliant advice delivery.

Advice & Compliance
- Complete adviser responsibilities to a high standard and within deadlines.
- Adhere to AFSL policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations.
- Review and guide advice research, modelling, and analysis.
- Ensure ongoing service, disclosures, and consents are completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate client records and contribute to process improvements.

Professional Development & Growth
- Generate referrals through strong client relationships.
- Support client acquisition initiatives as needed.
- Maintain and enhance professional knowledge through ongoing development.
