The successful candidate will handle a varied range of work including advising on various complex debt financing transactions (including corporate, asset, real estate finance) and providing timely advice to key stakeholders.

Skills & experience The successful candidate will have at least 10 years pae in Banking & Finance Law gained at a major law firm and potentially also in-house or on secondment. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as a sound commercial understanding. You will also work well in a collegiate team environment.
