About Orosi

Orosi is a property development company focused on delivering thoughtfully designed, high-quality developments. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the brand and creative output across our projects and marketing collateral.

We're also exploring new ventures in water, fashion, and healthy food — so experience building brands in these spaces is a plus, though the core focus of this role is Orosi's property development brand.

The Role

We're seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to own brand identity and collateral design for Orosi's property development business. You'll shape how Orosi looks and feels across every project — from brand systems to sales and marketing materials — and have the opportunity to contribute to new brand ventures as they take shape.

What You'll Do

- Own and evolve Orosi's brand identity and visual guidelines
- Design marketing and sales collateral: brochures, presentation decks, signage, hoardings, display suite materials
- Create digital assets for campaigns, website, and social channels
- Translate project positioning and target buyer profiles into compelling visual design
- Collaborate closely with founders and marketing leads on launches and campaigns
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Prepare print-ready and production-ready files (large format, signage,



print collateral)
- Contribute creative direction as the brand and future ventures evolve

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Essential: experience building brand identities from scratch — you've taken a brand from nothing (or near nothing) to a fully realised visual system, not just executed within existing guidelines
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work and range across print and digital
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma a plus
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate clearly
- Comfortable working closely with founders in a small, fast-moving team

Nice to Have
- Experience in property/real estate marketing collateral
- Experience building or working on brands in water/beverage, fashion, or food/FMCG
- Packaging design experience
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
- Photography or art direction experience for shoots
