About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Laboratory Technician to join our Perth team.

This is a hands-on laboratory role testing soil and concrete materials that support major construction and infrastructure projects.

You’ll suit this role if you have strong CMT experience, sound knowledge of Australian Standards, and enjoy practical, hands-on work.

We’re looking for a reliable technician who can work independently and as part of a team, takes pride in accurate testing and records, and delivers strong service to our construction clients.

Responsibilities:

- Testing soils and concrete in the laboratory
- Produce clear, accurate and concise reports using Australian standards
- Manage daily testing requirements and client expectations
- Complete physical tasks; predominately in the laboratory
- Provide great service to our clients
- Lead by example and support junior staff in their work

- Base Salary range of approximately $65 000 - $79 500 + super

What You'll Need to Succeed





- Strong practical experience in soil and concrete testing, including testing to relevant Australian Standards
- A great team attitude, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
- Experience producing clear, concise and complete laboratory records and reports
- Valid Australian working rights with no restriction on full-time hours
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques highly regarded
