Rageism Beauty is an Australian-made, multi-award-winning makeup brand created specifically for mature skin.

We are expanding our Victorian events team and are looking for confident, experienced Senior Makeup Artists & Beauty Consultants who love working with women, create beautiful natural makeup looks and are also comfortable with sales.

This is a flexible casual role, with events held at different locations throughout Victoria.

You will be offered available event shifts and can choose to accept or decline each shift depending on your availability and the location.

The role

You will

- Represent Rageism Beauty at scheduled events throughout Victoria
- Perform mini makeovers and makeup demonstrations
- Help customers select foundation shades and products suited to their skin
- Explain how to use and apply our products
- Build genuine rapport and trust with customers
- Recommend a complete makeup routine based on each customer's needs
- Confidently convert consultations into sales
- Process customer orders using our EFTPOS system
- Represent Rageism Beauty professionally and enthusiastically

Who we're looking for

You will ideally have

- Professional Sales People who love makeup
- Strong knowledge of makeup application and skin preparation
- Confidence working with mature skin
- Previous beauty, cosmetics, retail or consultative sales experience
- A warm, outgoing and engaging personality




- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence presenting and demonstrating products to groups
- A genuine love of helping women feel confident
- Strong sales ability without being pushy
- Reliability, organisation and professional presentation
- Availability for casual weekday work
- Reliable means of transport and the ability to get yourself to and from the event locations you accept

You must be comfortable with both makeup artistry and sales. Adaptable event-based work

Events are scheduled at different locations throughout Victoria.

When an event becomes available, you will be provided with the date, time and location before accepting the shift. You are free to accept or decline each event based on your availability and the location.

Most events will be approximately 40 minutes to one hour from your home, and events will not normally require more than approximately two hours' travel from your home.

You must have a reliable means of getting yourself to and from each event you accept.

The event location you accept will be your place of work for that shift. Travel from home to the first or only event, and from the final event back home, is not reimbursed,



subject to any applicable Award or statutory entitlement.

If you are required to travel between two separate event locations as part of the same shift, any applicable travel entitlement will be handled in accordance with workplace requirements.
