You’ll be accountable for the technical transformation and translating the change into operational reality, taking care and account of the user experience. You’ll deliver with the backing of the executive team, report to the General Manager, Claims & work within a well-resourced division of PM’s, BA’s through to SME’s.

StateCover requires a transformation specialist with a proven track record of leading change in a highly regulated service delivery environment. Key Areas of Focus:





- Join in assessing the current model and designing the path in moving to a future state claims model
- Driving engagement and adoption of new processes and technology
- Building a data informed operation with a human centred and member aligned delivery
- Partnering with the executive team and acting as a trusted advisor to the General Manager of Claims reporting on progress of embedment and deliverables

About you:

- Minimum ten years in senior roles within a related insurance claims or personal injury management environment
- Proven delivery of large-scale business transformation, operational change or organisational redesign including the implementation of technology
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to lead as well as work collaboratively at varying stages of the project
