Senior Manager Partnership Pathway

The practice is compliance-focused, but the principal prides himself on providing a deep level of personal service that includes all areas of advisory for clients to help them achieve their business and personal goals.

THE ROLE

Working hand in hand with the Principal, you will quickly take over an existing portfolio of fees, with a clear documented pathway to partnership within 12 to 24 months. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Preparation and finalisation of all compliance work for clients
- Assisting clients through all areas of taxation including:
- Tax Structuring
- Tax planning and minimisation
- Transactions such as the purchase and sale of businesses
- Management reporting for business monitoring and improvement purposes
- Working closely with the Principal on firm strategy as you move toward equity

YOUR SKILLS

Having several years' experience in other accounting firms, you will be fully conversant with all areas of tax for businesses and wealthy individuals.





- Proven ability to foster meaningful client relationships
- Track record of producing a high volume of work autonomously
- Genuine desire to build equity and a long-term stake in a firm
