What you will do As senior manager, redress operations, you will lead two redress schemes.

You will guide staff, oversee daily work and provide advice on complex issues.

You will

- lead a skilled team to deliver high-quality redress services.
- guide complex operational work, reviews, complaints and privacy matters.
- provide clear advice to senior leaders on scheme operations and risks.
- oversee sound decisions, budgets, records and reporting across both schemes.
- lead ongoing improvements to policies, processes and services for applicants.

About you A tertiary qualification in social services, business and/or public administration is highly desirable. You also need at least five years' experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

You should also have

- senior leadership experience in complex service delivery settings.
- robust skills in staff management and improving team performance.
- the ability to apply complex rules and authorisations to operational decisions.
- strong judgement and communication skills when handling difficult issues.
