Source: uWorkin Reporting to the Processing Superintendent you will be working closely with key stakeholders to optimise processing plant performance, maximise recovery and throughput, and drive continuous improvement in safety, operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

About The Candidate

- Tertiary qualification in Extractive Metallurgy, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline at bachelor or higher level
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Metalliferous processing
- Experience with Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) or similar leaching circuits highly regarded
- Supervisory experience within technical and operational environments
- Demonstrated experience in developing, analysing, and presenting reports that support operational planning, strategic initiatives, and informed business decision-making across all levels of the business.
- Strong data analysis capability, with experience identifying trends, insights, and opportunities to drive operational improvements, enhance performance,



and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced computer literacy skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet management, data analysis tools, database administration, and the development of reporting solutions.
- Experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g. Python, SQL, VBA) or machine learning/predictive analytics highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to identify plant automation opportunities and translate them into process control requirements, including front-end scoping of PLC/control system changes in collaboration with the electrical/instrumentation team.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships that can influence outcomes, negotiate solutions.
- Manual 'C Class' Drivers Licence as a minimum
