We have 2 roles available as a Senior Project Manager of our EUC (End User Compute) program], you will be responsible for lead the delivery of strategic End User Compute (EUC), Modern Workplace and ICT infrastructure programs within our statewide technology portfolio. These roles offer the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, technical experts and vendors to deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives across NSW Health.

Senior Project Manager – Statewide MOE Foundation Project

Lead the delivery of the Statewide MOE Foundation Project, driving multiple workstreams that support modern workplace capabilities across NSW Health.

In this role, you will:

- Lead project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, budget and timeframe.

Manage project plans, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and financial performance.

Coordinate vendors, technical teams and key stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Facilitate governance forums and provide clear, concise reporting and recommendations to senior executives and program leadership.

About You

- Proven experience delivering complex ICT infrastructure, Modern Workplace and End User Computing (EUC) programs, including Microsoft 365, Intune and device management initiatives.
- Strong project management expertise across planning, governance, financial management, risk management and delivery of large-scale technology programs.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, executives, vendors and technical teams within complex organisational environments.
- Experience delivering statewide or multi-site technology deployments,



with knowledge of ITIL, service transition, operational readiness and organisational change management.

Senior Project Manager – Statewide Device Lifecycle & Asset Management

This role leads concurrent workstreams across a statewide device lifecycle service and a ServiceNow-based asset management rollout, partnering with technical specialists, vendors and ICT leaders across more than 30 health organisations.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the delivery of multiple statewide technology initiatives and workstreams, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, adoption activities and issue resolution across diverse health organisations and delivery partners.
- Develop executive reporting, governance papers, decision briefs and other project documentation to support effective governance.
- Influence and collaborate across a complex matrix workplace, providing leadership to vendors, technical teams and senior stakeholder.

About You

- Demonstrated experience delivering statewide or multi-site ICT infrastructure and technology deployment projects within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong project management expertise, including PRINCE2, PMBOK or equivalent methodologies, with experience managing governance forums, risks, issues and executive reporting.
- Proven vendor, contract and financial management capability, with experience working across large-scale technology programs and platforms such as ServiceNow and/or Oracle.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes across health, government or large organisational environments.
