The Role As Senior Property Manager, you will take ownership of a residential portfolio of approximately 200 properties while delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing maintenance, repairs and contractor relationships
- Conducting and overseeing property inspections
- Managing arrears,
rent reviews and lease renewals
- Resolving tenant enquiries and disputes professionally
- Preparing property updates and recommendations for landlords
- Ensuring compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Coordinating leasing requirements where required
- Managing lease documentation and applications
- Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of compliance
The Ideal Candidate To be successful, you will have:
- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience within the industry
- Robust knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- Confidence managing a busy residential portfolio
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong computer literacy and experience using property management systems
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service
