The Role

As the Senior Psychosocial Risk Consultant, you will lead and strengthen the department’s approach to psychosocial risk management and psychological health and safety.

As a regulator, LGIRS has an important opportunity to lead by example. You will help us ensure our internal practices reflect the standards of prevention, accountability and continuous improvement we expect across regulated industries.

- Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of psychosocial risk management frameworks, procedures, resources and initiatives.




- Translate complex technical and legislative requirements into clear and practical action.
- Support managers and leaders to identify hazards, assess risks, implement effective controls.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and capability development to the position reporting to this role.
