About the role

As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships while identifying opportunities to increase revenue, strengthen partnerships and deliver outstanding service. You will be dealing directly with senior stakeholders across major transport and supply chain businesses, so this role requires someone who is commercially sharp, confident, highly organised and exceptional with people.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and develop a portfolio of key transport and logistics clients
- Build robust, long-term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Identify and convert opportunities for account growth and new business
- Drive client retention, satisfaction and revenue growth
- Understand client workforce requirements and provide commercially effective solutions
- Work closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Conduct regular client meetings, reviews and site visits
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities before they become problems
- Maintain accurate account information, reporting and CRM records
- Negotiate confidently and commercially with clients

About you

- A minimum of 3 years' Account Management experience within Labour Hire/Recruitment, preferably within transport, logistics, supply chain or a closely related industry
- A demonstrated track record in sales,



business development and account growth
- Solid commercial acumen and the ability to recognise and capitalise on opportunities
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence dealing with senior-level clients and decision makers
- A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
