Who we are looking for

Someone who is highly competitive and isn't satisfied with being merely good, and wants to be a top biller in the business within 18 months.

A big plus is having competed at a high level in sport, whether that is state, national, professional, or anything that required years of getting up early and doing the work when nobody was watching. Same goes for anything else that shows the same wiring: building a business, performing at an elite level in music, mastering a craft over years, or coming back from something genuinely difficult.

Quant market knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement. We can teach you the market. We cannot teach you the desire to win big.

What you will actually be doing

- Business development: opening new accounts, winning exclusive and retained mandates, growing existing ones
- Headhunting and building long-lasting relationships with hard to reach candidates who are not on job boards and are not looking
- Running full deal pipeline from brief through to offer negotiation and close
- Mapping specific niches properly, to the point where you know who the best people are before a client asks
- Using our AI and automation stack to kill the admin so your time goes into calls, meetings and deals

What you need on paper

- 3 to 5+ years in agency recruitment, with real 360 or strong BD exposure
- Background in technology or financial services recruitment
- A track record you can actually talk through: billings, retained work, accounts you built from scratch




- Comfortable picking up the phone to a CTO, a portfolio manager or a founder and holding the conversation
