Our client runs a portfolio of interconnected projects and programs across the organisation, coordinated through a central PMO. With multiple workstreams moving at once, they need tight scheduling and dependency management to keep everything aligned and delivering on time.

Your Profile

You are a hands-on scheduler with proven project controls experience and deep Primavera P6 skills. Analytical and detail-focused, you are comfortable working under pressure, communicate clearly with project managers and leadership, and enjoy building the schedules, registers and reporting that keep complex programs moving.

What is required from you

- Develop and maintain project schedules aligned to the master program schedule, working closely with project managers and team leads
- Identify and track interdependencies across projects and programs, maintaining a central dependency register and resolving conflicts with stakeholders
- Flag schedule risks and help shape contingency and mitigation plans
- Monitor progress against milestones and report status to project managers and leadership
- Implement scheduling and dependency best practices,



and continuously improve the master program schedule and supporting tools
- Maintain accurate schedules, documentation and dependency records, and produce reports and presentations for project reviews
- Integrate and automate the program view feed from projects and other sources such as financial systems
