This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting skilled looking to broaden their experience across Accounts Payable, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and month-end reporting within a collaborative finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
- Supplier reconciliations and payment runs
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations and cash management support
- Month-end journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Support GST, BAS, audit, and compliance activities
- Assist with process improvements and finance projects

About You

- Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant or Senior Accounts Payable Officer
- Strong understanding of month-end processes and reconciliations
- Experience preparing journals and supporting the general ledger
- Exposure to intercompany accounting is highly regarded
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
