FindStaff is seeking an experienced Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join a leading Australian engineering and industrial services organisation based in Dingley Village, VIC.

About the Role

Working within a busy workshop and warehouse environment, you will be responsible for supporting daily stores operations, inventory management, and packing and dispatch activities.

This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive team player who is comfortable operating a forklift, handling stock, and assisting workshop personnel as required.

Hours & Location

Location: Dingley Village, VIC

Hours:

- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts safely to support warehouse and workshop operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing goods for dispatch
- Construct timber crates for larger or specialised equipment shipments
- Manage, organise, and retrieve stock and materials within the workshop
- Receive, store, and distribute goods accurately
- Assist with inventory control and stock management activities
- Support workshop personnel and wider team requirements as needed




- General housekeeping and cleaning of warehouse and storage areas
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment
- Experience with stock control, picking, and packing activities
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
- Physical capability to lift up to 30kg when required
- Good communication and organisational skills

Highly Regarded
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Experience working within an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial workplace
- Experience preparing freight or specialised equipment for transport
- Current Driver's Licence
