Job Description
As our WHS Manager, you will lead the delivery of proactive safety, wellbeing, and injury management initiatives that support a secure, compliant, and high-performing workforce across our network.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of WHS frameworks, policies, and programs across multiple sites
- Provide expert advice on workplace safety, risk management, incident investigations, and legislative compliance
- Drive safety culture through coaching, capability-building, consultation, and stakeholder engagement
- Analyse WHS data, trends, and performance metrics to identify risks and inform strategic improvements
- Partner with leaders to support injury management, return-to-work outcomes, staff wellbeing, and psychological safety initiatives
