We are seeking an experienced and organised Stage Manager to coordinate and oversee the smooth operation of live performances, events, productions, and stage activities. The successful candidate will work closely with performers, production teams, technical crew, venue staff, and management to ensure productions are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee stage operations before, during, and after performances and events.
- Prepare and maintain production schedules, stage plans, run sheets, cue sheets, and other production documentation.
- Coordinate performers, stage crew, technical staff, contractors, and other production personnel.
- Manage rehearsals, technical rehearsals, scene changes, cues, props, equipment, and backstage activities.
- Liaise with directors, producers, venue management, lighting and sound teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production delivery.
- Monitor production timelines and coordinate the timely execution of performances and stage activities.
- Identify and resolve operational issues during rehearsals and performances.
- Ensure backstage and stage areas are maintained in a safe, organised,



and professional manner.
- Assist with production planning, equipment requirements, venue preparation, and event setup.
- Ensure workplace health and safety procedures and relevant venue requirements are followed.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in stage management, event production, theatre, entertainment, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of stage operations, production processes, and technical requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
