This stunning hotel in the heart of Melbourne's CBD features 244 stylish guest rooms, including 10 spacious suites, a restaurant and bar, fully equipped gym and five meeting & event spaces. **About the role** As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each and every guest has a memorable stay. This role will primarily focus on the breakfast team, encompassing responsibilities across the Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Events. Operating on a rotating roster, you will thrive as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Specifically, this role will involve: + Demonstrating high standards of customer service + Receiving orders and serving customer requests + Understanding menu content, and any changes or promotional activations + Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-prepared service area + Preparing of mise-en-place **What are we looking for?** + Previous experience in crafting quality barista style coffees + Must have a current and valid Victorian 'Responsible Service of Alcohol' certificate + Experience working in a restaurant,
