This stunning hotel in the heart of the CBD features 244 stylish guest rooms, including 10 spacious suites, a restaurant and bar, fully equipped gym and meeting & event spaces. **About the Role** As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in building a thriving workplace culture, with a strong focus on developing and engaging the team. You will oversee front-of-house operations, including In-Room Dining, and be a driving force behind our financial results. This role will primarily focus on the dinner team, with responsibilities across the Restaurant, Club Lounge, In-Room Dining and Events, including overseeing dinner service and large-scale events such as weddings. With a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, you will thrive in a collaborative environment and support the team to deliver memorable guest experiences. Specifically, this role will involve: + Lead, develop and empower the team, creating a positive culture that supports the growth and success of the team + Run and manage dinner service from Tuesday to Saturday + Support the Food & Beverage Manager with rostering and day-to-day operational planning to ensure smooth and efficient service + Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure synergy between the food,
