What You'll Bring

- Minimum Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Community Services, or a related field
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
- Relevant probity clearances or willingness to obtain them
- Strong communication skills, empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused approach
- Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends, overnight shifts, and public holidays
- The ability to commit to a minimum of four passive (sleepover) shifts per fortnight

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting young people with daily routines,



personal care, and community activities
- Building positive relationships based on trust, consistency, and respect
- Creating safe, structured, and therapeutic environments
- Responding calmly and effectively to challenging situations and behaviours
- Working collaboratively to implement individualised care plans
- Encouraging participation in hobbies, interests, cultural connections, and community engagement
- Administering medication in line with policies and individual support plans
- Completing accurate case notes, incident reports, and handovers
