Downer Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site delivery of water infrastructure in Victoria in an electrical capacity. You will lead field teams, manage daily operations, and drive a Zero Harm safety culture while coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to meet milestones.

The role requires trade or tertiary qualified electrical/mechanical licences and a Certificate IV in WH&S;, with robust civil project experience and excellent communication skills.
