About The Role

Based at Vantage Logan Reserve this role will be bringing our Vantage vision to life by creating a vibrant community where Home Owners want to belong through the delivery of a customer focused, financially sustainable operating model.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

n

n
- Managing and overseeing day to day operations of the community in accordance with all relevant legislation and internal governance requirements
n
- Managing and monitoring community operations in accordance with legislative requirements with respect to financial and operational performance
n
- Overseeing the financial performance of the community through effective budget/cost management ensuring all KPI targets are met
n
- Building a strong culture of trust and safety across the community with a focus on proactive management of community culture of trust and safety within our communities
n
- Leading community based staff by modelling actions and behaviours consistent with our values and customer focused operating model
n

Skills and experience

n





Previous experience in a customer service management role preferably in Land Lease Communities, Retirement Living, Hotel Management, Property Management, Holiday Parks or similar is essential.

n

Must have demonstrated ability to build and manage effective teams, experience with budget and cost management along with solid commercial acumen.

n

In Addition, You Will Have

n

n
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills;
n
- Strong attention to detail; and
n
- Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills.
n
- Current valid 'class c' drivers licence
n
