Job Description

Pearson Carter is seeking an experienced FIFO L2/L3 IT Support / Infrastructure Technician for a remote mining environment in Western Australia. This hands-on, in office role covers desktop and server support and requires managing incidents through to resolution on a 3-month initial contract with potential extension.

You will work with Cisco, Dell, Cisco UCS and Pure Storage, support remote site users, and collaborate with internal IT teams and service providers.
