Job Description

AGL is seeking a Data and Insights Analyst to join the Optimisation team in Melbourne. You will support Customer Market Operations, lead transition activities, document processes, and drive improvements in back-office workflows and digital channels.

You will manage data aggregation, perform analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes, reduce cost to serve, and drive continuous improvement through effective change implementation.
