Job Description

- Provide leadership to engineering projects to determine design requirements, engineering scope, and constraints
n
- Develop plans, specifications, and other documents
n
- Coordinate scopes of work and lead work programs, including advice on identification, selection and procurement of equipment or components
n
- Lead engineering scopes and guide the application of standard engineering techniques and procedures
n
- Acknowledge and apply sustainability concepts to engineering
n
- Support continuous improvement of engineering standards, systems, and processes
n
- Develop process deliverables hands-on
n
- Provide technical and project direction for multidiscipline design teams
n
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
n
- Deliver projects from concept through execution
n
- Support development of junior engineers
n

Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 10 years' experience
n
- Recognised bachelor's degree in engineering (in relevant discipline)
n
- Experience with SYSCAD
n
- Demonstrated experience across multiple engineering phases
n
- Demonstrated experience working on multi-discipline projects
n
- Experience leading studies and project teams
n
- Skilled engineering registration in relevant legislated Australian state jurisdiction
n
- Ability to lead a small team
n
- Nice to have:



Background in engineering consulting on small to medium projects
n
- Nice to have: Experience in hydrometallurgical processes
n
- Nice to have: Experience in copper, uranium, gold, aluminium and battery materials
n
