This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or HR Generalist to join a well established and growing organisation within the community healthcare sector.

This isn't a narrow HR role either. You'll have the opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees across a diverse, multi site workforce and getting involved in everything from ER and performance through to recruitment, HR projects, culture and continuous improvement.

The Role

n

Working as part of an established HR team, you'll provide practical, trusted HR advice and support across the organisation.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Providing HR advice and support to managers and stakeholders
n
- Employee relations and performance management
n
- Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
n
- Preparing contracts, variations and HR documentation
n
- Award interpretation, employment legislation and compliance
n
- HR policies and procedures
n
- Supporting culture, engagement and learning initiatives
n
- Contributing to HR projects,



systems and continuous improvement
n
- Building strong relationships with leaders and employees across the business
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for an HR professional who is approachable, confident and enjoys being involved across the business.

n

Ideally, you'll bring:

n

n
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist
n
- A relevant HR, Business or related qualification
n
- Good working knowledge of Fair Work, Employment Law and Awards
n
- Experience supporting employee relations and performance matters
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
n
- Recruitment experience would be highly regarded
n
- Healthcare, pharmacy or another service based industry background would be advantageous, but is not essential
n
