As a Phone Sales Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing exceptional service while supporting branch sales and operations.

n

You'll work closely with customers, account managers, and the broader branch team to process orders, manage enquiries, and ensure customers receive the right products when they need them.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support branch sales activities
n
- Respond to inbound customer calls and email enquiries
n
- Process customer orders, invoices, credits, and quotes accurately
n
- Assist customers with product enquiries and order status updates
n
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
n
- Support stock management activities, including stock counts and replenishment
n
- Assist with general branch and warehouse operations as required
n
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve branch sales target
n

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A solid customer service focus and excellent communication skills
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
- Strong computer skills and confidence navigating multiple systems
n




- Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, parts interpreting, automotive, mechanical, electrical or industrial products will be highly regarded
n
- A team-first mentality and a hands-on approach
